Shadowcliff Travel Poster

CONCEPT/DESIGNShadowcliff (1968-69) is a home in Wisconsin designed by architect Harry Weese. The glass box is suspended from Corten steel beams anchored into the cliff and juts out across Lake Michigan. This poster was commissioned as a gift for the current owner of Shadowcliff. A large print of this piece is displayed in his Chicago home (which was featured in this article). I worked from photos of the home and the surrounding landscape to create an image that pays homage to it’s unique and beautiful design.
